Joe’s Diner & Heritage Park
It’s funny how we can live in a place for many years and not know some of its attractions. Meeting first for coffee at Joe’s Diner at Eagle Farm, we proceeded down the road to TradeCoast Central Heritage Park where, after some had lunch, we learned from a very informative and eager guide, about the area’s early history as a convict women’s prison, the significance during the war years, and more recent development.
